How do customers accumulate & redeem loyalty points on kiosks?
Earning Points:
After customers input their phone number and register as members at the checkout process, they could earn points automatically with each purchase.
Checking Point Balance:
Customers receive SMS notifications showing their point balance after making a purchase.
Redeeming Points:
Customers select drinks for points redemption after logging into their membership accounts.
Note: If a member doesn't have enough points for a drink, they cannot add it to the cart.
How to Set Up Loyalty Points
It only takes three steps to roll out the loyalty points system:
Set Up Points Rules:
After enabling the loyalty points switch, set rules like "Earn Y points for every $X spent."
Configure Points Category:
Activate the "Is Points Category" switch in the category settings. Products under this category can have points assigned to them.
Set Points Value for Products:
For products eligible for points redemption, set the required points.
