Shoo Loong Kan’s New York location launched a recharge cashback promotion: recharge $500 for an extra $49, $1000 for $129, $2000 for $349, and $5000 for $999. This means a $500 recharge gives a member a balance of $549.
The more customers recharge, the more they receive, effectively offering a discount for members and securing revenue for the restaurant.
SMS Marketing: Targeted Campaigns for Members
Shoo Loong Kan can configure member marketing SMS in Chowbus’s dashboard, sending targeted messages like new product promotions, special pricing, and holiday offers.
These messages increase interaction frequency with members, fostering a closer relationship.
Chowbus’s membership capabilities cover the full dining experience and are fully integrated with the POS system, recognizing members through their phone numbers. Once logged in, customers can enjoy various member benefits. The restaurant can also use phone numbers to look up member information, perform recharges, balance inquiries, and view member reports.
