beef dan dan noodlesMad for Noodle has reinvented Dan Dan noodle from the traditional style to a hot version. It is spicy, with a hint of Sichuan peppercorn and a flavor that keeps you wanting more. For toppings we have added slice beef belly, Bok Choy, green onions, onions, cilantro, and a half a soft-boiled egg to the dish. Then we whip our Dan Dan noodle chili flavor sauce on top.
